Kobe Airport is apparently aiming to be a universal airport, but what specific measures are being taken to make it be universal ?

We are currently developing passenger terminals to be easy for everyone to use, safe and functional. The structure has been designed user-friendly, with features such as separation of departing and arriving passengers and shortening travel distances by building the Port Liner station adjacent to Terminal 1. Additionally, we have incorporated universal design into our facilities, such as providing toilets on each floor that are equipped with facilities for ostomates* and baby beds.
