- Passengers who use flights departing from or arriving at Kobe Airport, either one-way or round-trip, and who personally perform both vehicle entry and exit will be eligible for this parking discount.

People using parking lot 1 and parking lot 2
If you are a passenger, please use the advance adjustment machine located at the baggage claim area in the arrival lobby. If you are not a passenger, please use the advance adjustment machine located at the first floor entrance of Terminal 1.
People using parking lot 3
If you are a passenger, please use the advance adjustment machine located at parking lot 3.
* The advance adjustment machine located at the baggage claim area in the arrival lobby and at the first floor entrance of Terminal 1 is not available.
If you have already paid in advance, the gate bar at the exit of the parking lot will open automatically without inserting your parking ticket by the license plate authentication system.
Even if you have already paid in advance, the gate bar will close once the car in front of you exits the parking lot, so be sure to stop in front of the gate bar and wait until the gate bar opens before you exit the parking lot.
If the gate bar does not open, insert the already paid parking ticket into the fare adjustment machine and the gate bar will open.
If you leave the parking lot for more than 15 minutes after paying in advance, you will be charged a new parking fee after paying in advance. If you leave the parking lot for more than 15 minutes after paying in advance, please use the exit fare adjustment machine instead of the fare adjustment machine.
■ Please note that if you use the parking lot of the Marine Access Terminal Building, the passenger discount of the Kobe Airport Terminal Building parking lot will not be applied.
For passengers using the Kobe – Kansai Airport Bay Shuttle, please use the Marine Access Terminal Parking Lot.
* Please note that the Marine Access Terminal Parking Lot does not apply to passengers using the Kobe Airport Terminal Building Parking Lot.
◾️The handicapped parking lot is on the east side of Terminal 1.
◾️There is a parking space in the northeast of the parking lot 2 for motorcycles and bicycles. There is no charge.
◾️Users of Terminal 1
If you are accompanied by a child or an elderly person, you can park the car at the regular car platform located northeast of the entrance to Terminal 1 and let your companion get on and off. This way, you can get in and out of the terminal building without the rain or strong sunlight.

We offer a boarding passenger discount to customers boarding our aircraft.

(1)When using Terminal 1
Please come to Terminal 1 with your parking ticket.
After the security check, please insert your parking ticket into the discount machine in the boarding waiting room.
If the above processing has been completed, the discount rate will be applied when you pay at the discount/adjustment machine in the baggage claim area of Terminal 1, the advance adjustment machine at the entrance on the first floor, or the exit gate of the parking lot.
(2)When using Terminal 2
Please come to Terminal 2 with your parking ticket.
After the safety inspection, please insert your parking ticket into the discount machine in the safety inspection area.
If the above processing has been completed, the discount rate will be applied when the payment is made at the advance payment machine located at the first floor entrance of Terminal 1 or at the exit gate of the parking lot.
※ There is no advance payment machine in Terminal 2.
B. Those who park in parking lot No.3
(1)When using Terminal 1
Please come to Terminal 1 with your parking ticket.
After the security check, please insert your parking ticket into the discount machine in the boarding waiting room.
If the above processing has been completed, the discount rate will be applied when the payment is made at the advance payment machine installed in parking lot No. 3 or at the parking lot exit gate.
※ Please note that you cannot pay at the discount/adjustment machine in the baggage claim area of Terminal 1 and the advance adjustment machine at the first floor entrance.
(2)When using Terminal 2
Please come to Terminal 2 with your parking ticket.

(2)When using Terminal 2
After arriving, please go to the general information counter in Terminal 2 to get a discount.
If the general information office has closed, please take the discount procedure at the central monitoring room on the second floor of Terminal 2.
A discount is applied when you pay at the advance payment machine at the entrance of the 1st floor of Terminal 1 or at the exit gate of the parking lot.
※ There is no advance payment machine in Terminal 2.
D. Those who park in parking lot No. ３
(1)When using Terminal 1
- After arriving, please go to the general information counter in Terminal 1 to get a discount.
- If the general information office has closed, please take the discount procedure at the central monitoring room on the 1st floor of Terminal 1.

Disability Discount
1. Please come to Terminal 1 with your parking ticket and disability certificate.
2. Please show your parking ticket and your disability certificate at the information desk on the first floor before leaving. You can pay the fare at the information desk.
※ Discounts are not applicable if you present a certificate other than those specified in the regulations.
※ Discounts are applicable only when the person with the disability certificate comes to the general information center.

How can I know the parking fees ?
The fee is 150 yen per hour after parking (standard-sized cars) and after 10 hours, the fee is a flat rate at 1,530 yen for up to 24 hours (standard-sized cars). After 24 hours, the fee is 150 yen per hour with a maximun fee at 1,530 yen per 24 hours thereafter. Discounts are available for people travelling by plane and for people with disabilities. Can I reserve a parking space ?
Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
